These Immunity Gummies are both refreshing and nourishing. They are very easy to make and pack a punch nutritionally with natural ingredients to support immune health and overall health and wellbeing.
In a small saucepan over low-medium heat add orange juice, lemon juice and ginger. Add bloomed gelatin and mix until dissolved. Turn off heat and transfer this liquid to a heatproof bowl or jug. Allow to slightly cool down.
Add Manuka honey and whisk to combine. Pour in Cod Liver Oil and whisk to combine.
Pour into silicone moulds and set in the refrigerator for 3-4+ hours until set.
Remove from moulds and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
