Rocky Road Collagen Chocolate Crackles

Healthier rocky road meets chocolate crackles for a delicious gluten free, dairy free choccie treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup soy protein crisps or crispy puffed rice*
  • 1 cup buckwheat puffs
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter, melty or peanut butter, melty
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil melted
  • 3 tbsp rice malt syrup or maple syrup
  • 50 g dark chocolate melted, good quality
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 ATP Science NOWAY Collagen Marshmallow Bar, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Natural sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl combine soy crisps, buckwheat puffs and hemp seeds.
  • In a separate bowl whisk together almond butter, coconut oil, rice malt syrup and melted chocolate. Add cacao powder and mix to combine.
  • Pour chocolate mixture over dry mix and stir to coat well.
  • Add NOWAY Collagen Marshmallow bar pieces and stir through.
  • Spoon into patty cases and place on a tray. Transfer to fridge for 1-2 hours or until set.
  • Keep in refrigerator until ready to enjoy.

*Find soy protein crisps in the health aisle of the supermarket or health food shop.
