Quick and easy gluten free cookies made in your air fryer.

Ingredients

almond meal

tbsp
maple syrup

tbsp
nut butter
1
tsp
vanilla extract
1/2
tsp
gluten free baking powder
Pinch
sea salt
1/3
cup
dark chocolate chips
(dairy free option)
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
In a mixing bowl combine almond meal with maple syrup, nut butter, vanilla, baking powder and sea salt. Add choc chips. Mix until forms a dough.
Roll and shape heaped tablespoon portions into cookie shapes.
Bake in air-fryer 10-12 mins at 160°C or oven for 12-15 mins 170°C.
Allow to cool. Store in air-tight container.
Notes
Mix in a sprinkle of cinnamon to cookie dough for a touch of spice.
