Instructions
In a blender combine all ingredients until smooth (the coconut will still provide some texture).
Pour into serving bowls and decorate with your favourite toppings.
Notes
Add additional coconut milk if needed to help blend.
Add extra banana or frozen cherries if you like it extra thick.
