CHOC CHERRY RIPE SMOOTHIE BOWL

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups frozen pitted cherries
  • 1 large frozen banana (cut into pieces)
  • 1/3 cup canned coconut milk 
  • 1/4 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup organic shredded coconut 
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao 
  • 2 tsp almond butter
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla powder or extract optional

Optional Toppings

  • granola or muesli
  • fresh cherries
  • organic shredded coconut 
  • cacao nibs

Instructions

  • In a blender combine all ingredients until smooth (the coconut will still provide some texture).
  • Pour into serving bowls and decorate with your favourite toppings. 

Notes

Add additional coconut milk if needed to help blend. 
Add extra banana or frozen cherries if you like it extra thick.
