2. Enter your details and choose to start immediately or choose your own start date. Enter your payment method in our secure payment checkout and the username and password you would like to use to gain access to your program content.
3. Once you have placed your order and your payment has been successfully processed, you will use the unique login and password created at the checkout to login from your chosen start date.
You will receive 10 weeks access from your chosen start date. The program’s first week is for preparation + 8 weeks of meal plans and guides. Meal plans are Monday – Sunday.
